Sub-processors - Airochat

Airochat, Inc. engages a small number of third-party sub-processors to help us deliver the Airochat platform. A sub-processor is a vendor that processes Personal Data on our behalf in order to provide a discrete part of the Service — for example, the cloud servers that host customer data or the messaging APIs that deliver chat messages. Each sub-processor is bound by a written contract that imposes data-protection obligations no less protective than those in our Privacy Policy.

We will provide at least thirty (30) days’ advance notice before adding or replacing a sub-processor that processes Customer Personal Data. Customers with a signed Data Processing Addendum may subscribe to change notifications by emailing privacy@airochat.com.

Cloud Hosting & Infrastructure

Providers that host the Airochat application, store Customer Data, and operate our network and security perimeter.
